Green Cab Company ABC Taxis embarks on Rapid Expansion Drive

Most of the US2U Consulting team have worked with ABC Taxis during the last 5 years to support them with their business growth plans. We are pleased to have supported them with their latest PR campaign to celebrate some of their achievements including liaising with the media and doing the photography. See the full article here.

Building for the Future

We have been working closely with Clare College Cambridge to recruit a new Buildings Manager to provide an effective repair and long term maintenance programme for their buildings, some of which date back to 1326.

Deborah Hoy, pictured with Rachel Blackburn, Director of US2U Consulting, was appointed after a thorough recruitment and selection process. She is only the second female Buildings Manager to be appointed to such a role at a Cambridge College.

Mick Petty, Steward of the College, said "Many thanks to US2U Consulting for your help and support throughout the process of recruiting the Buildings Manager. The College community is delighted with the result and consider that we have broken new ground in the way that we recruit key members of staff. I know that other Cambridge bursars are keen to see how the whole process went, including the psychometric assessment, and I will debrief them in due course."

Deborah said "I am excited to be in my new role in such a friendly College, having the chance to lead a team to manage such a diverse portfolio of old and new buildings."

A Driving Success

Profits at ABC Taxis increased by 10% after they joined forces with US2U Consulting to improve their customer service and public image. With the help of the US2U Consulting team, ABC Taxis have continued their dominance of the Norwich taxi market by re-launching their website, developing their staff, introducing a corporate social responsibility model, working on an environmentally-friendly and charitable strategy and taking part in the Lord Mayor's procession.

2. Go the extra mile to make a difference to your customers

3. Under promise and over deliver to exceed expectations
