rachel-26-02-2011-2US2U Consulting, the business consultancy based in Norwich, is continuing its work with Michell Instruments of Ely. Their ongoing work together comes as part of Michell Instruments’ aims for business progression.

The two companies have been working together for four years in order to increase the whole team efficiency at Michell Instruments by undertaking management development programmes and coaching sessions.

Rachel Blackburn, US2U Consulting’s director, said: “The work we have been doing with Michell Instruments has enabled them to go from strength to strength.

US2U Consulting, which will celebrate its 6th anniversary next month, decided that employing an intern would be mutually beneficial by assisting with the progression of the business and nurturing upcoming talent.

US2U Consulting, the Norwich-based business consultancy, has successfully extended its contract with KLM UK Engineering, the wholly owned subsidiary of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and will now commence the next phase of its Leadership Development Programme.

The Programme provides a range of management development services for its staff. It is a key part of KLM UK Engineering’s HR strategy and will continue to support ongoing business success.
