Rachel Blackburn MBE, Founder and CEO of US2U Consulting, took on the challenge of abseiling down The Forum in Norwich on Saturday 15th August to raise vital funds for Finnbar’s Force.

Finnbar’s Force is a children’s cancer charity supporting children and families across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. The charity provides practical and emotional support, including information and free therapies, helping families through the challenges of childhood cancer.

Having successfully completed the same challenge for Nelson’s Journey last year, Rachel returned to The Forum for another abseil – this time supporting Finnbar’s Force in its fight against childhood brain tumours.

The challenge is also part of US2U Consulting’s 20 Things for the Community initiative, through which we are undertaking 20 activities to support our local community as we celebrate the company’s 20th anniversary in 2026.

Rachel said: “It was great to take on the abseil at The Forum for a second year, but most importantly to have the opportunity to raise vital funds and awareness for Finnbar’s Force. Thank you to local business person Marcus Pearcey for supporting the registration and getting the sponsorship started.”

Tristan Cork, Founder and Chief Executive of Finnbar’s Force, said: “Thank you so much for abseiling down The Forum, Norwich on Saturday 15th August 2026. Your amazing fundraising efforts will help us to support families going through the toughest times.”

Rachel’s fundraising page remains open, so there is still time to support Finnbar’s Force. If you would like to make a donation and help the charity continue its important work supporting children and families affected by childhood cancer, please visit Rachel’s fundraising page below.
