US2U Consulting are pleased to support SuperSports Kidz Club wheelchair basketball team for a second year.
"Your sponsorship last year helped our young basketball team to enter the national junior league of the Great Britain Wheelchair Basketball Association" said Sue Coombe, Chair. "This year we will be entering two teams in the league, in two age groups and at least one of our young players has the possibility of becoming a paralympic athlete in the 2012 games."
The club also ran a very successful activity programme over the summer holiday for around forty children with physical disabilities. This offered activities including drama, dance, sailing, self-defence, rifle shooting, climbing and falconry.
Rachel Blackburn completed the first Adnams 10km run in aid of the Prince's Trust, which helps young people develop key skills, confidence and motivation, enabling them to move into work, education or training.
Adnams Managing Director Andy Wood said "Well done..... a big achievement. The event was a big success from our perspective".
Thank you to our sponsors.
Rachel Blackburn presented the award for 'Best Manager'.
We were pleased to be joined for the evening by our client Wendy Browne, Head of HR at NORCAS - 'It was a pleasure to be invited to the Norfolk Recruitment Awards by US2U Consulting. Having worked with them for a few months it was a great opportunity to spend time with them and celebrate the achievements of individuals and organisations in the area. It was a very enjoyable evening spent in a great venue with great people'.

It was a glitzy, black tie evening and everyone had a great night. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists. Despite some difficult trading conditions the outlook of the industry was forward looking, taking a positive approach towards 2009.
The launch presentation was attended by all participants where we enjoyed a delicious dinner together with the Challenger, Entrepreneur and Record Breaker Richard Noble OBE who we organised at short notice.
After tailoring the day to match the exact needs we arrived with whistles, blindfolds, eggs to mention just a few things. Everyone involved enjoyed the day immensely, thought it was a very positive experience and it has strengthened relationships in the team.
We decided that we should support this local charity and so on Saturday 2 August some of the team went along to present a cheque for £500.
Sue Coombe, the club’s co-co-ordinator said: “This will certainly be a fantastic boost to our club, and especially to our wheelchair basketball team, which we set up just two years ago. We are currently in the process of joining the Great Britain Wheelchair Basketball Association Junior League. This means so much to the children, as they will get to play competitively for the first time against other teams from across the UK.”

To everyone who has supported us over the last 2 years we send a sincere thank you. We look forward to the next year of achieving success together.
A superb night was had by all, especially by our team at US2U Consulting as we confirmed our first recruitment assignment that same day.
We were delighted to present the cheque to Helen Chapman, Community Fundraiser who advised that our donation would pay for nearly 200 people to be helped by their telephone helpline CancerLine. So thank you to everybody who helped us support our 2007 charity.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who has supported us during our first year. So raise a cup of your favourite workday beverage and join us in a virtual clink... Here's to another 12 months of achieving success together!
For the second year running, we had a very successful and enjoyable time at the exhibition which is held at Hinxton Hall in Cambridge.
We met some very interesting people and our stand received excellent comments and feedback from visitors around the world.
Our consultancy team also offered expert advice on managing performance effectively and managing stress levels, as well as personal accounts of working in Europe.
