Paul is a strategic HR professional specialising in Management Development and Training in the public and private sectors. He has a strong managerial background in Education, Financial Services and Consultancy, with Fellowship of two professional institutions (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, The Chartered Management Institute). He is a skilled executive coach, facilitator and consultant focussed on results through behaviour change.
Able to design, develop and deliver effective solutions to people management issues Paul creates an environment for behaviour change to happen. In the past two years Paul has worked on a range projects across the UK and Europe.

Helen started her career in the hospitality industry, working for many years in front of house. She realised quite quickly she had a flair for administration and also customer service.
When the opportunity arose she moved into the recruitment industry, where she has spent the last 10 years, working for both national and independent firms. Her administration skills flourished and she soon decided that this was where her main talents lay.
